information that is used for several reasons:
- To become a member of Insight Community
- To share your comments and experience with others
- To receive personalised notifications and the Insight newsletters
- Have a full access to Country Reports
1. Become a member of Insight Community
When you choose to register for MyInsight, you will automatically become part of the Insight Community. The idea of this community is to allow members to share common interest in the area of e-learning and get to know other members of the Community.
When you are asked to fill in personal information some of this information will only be shown to other Community members, it is not available to any Insight portal users. This will be clearly pointed out when you fill in the registration form.
In the registration information you can specify which areas of Insight website and its themes are close to your interest. This information will allow other Community members to know a bit more about you. It allows people to find sub-groups of Community members who are working around the same area and thus hopefully profit from another's experiences.
* Share your experiences
Insight offers you the possibility to share your experiences and make contributions to the website. You can therefore choose your own screen name while registering to MyInsight. This name will be used when you add comments, experiences or other contributions to the website. Your own name and identity will be kept confidentially secret, only available to Insight administrator, if you wish. To do this, make sure you tick the appropriate box when adding your personal information.
We encourage you, however, to allow people to contact you using your screen name. In this case a pop up window will open to Insight users allowing them to send you a message. Note, this will not show your email to anyone, you can choose to reply to the person giving out your email for further contacting. This way you can get in contact with other people who share the same interest and ideas that you do. This is an important part of community building tool that MyInsight wants to provide to its readers.
* Profit from other's experiences
As a registered member of my insight you can contribute your policy example, school innovation practice, technical know-how or research evidence to share your experience with others.
